In the old web interface there used to be a LOT more info about the artist currently playing, thatâs not in the new web interface. Is this coming back eventually?
If you click on the "Home" link - the Radio Paradise logo at the top-left of the page - and then select a channel, a "Now Playing page" should open, with the song list at the left, the "now-playing" song on top with the ratings, and then the artist info, lyrics, and comments columns in the next three columns to the right side. (If you select the "Switch To Multi-Column" choice on the toggle at the top center of the page) It seems to update accurately for me, unless I scroll down in one of the columns. If you scroll down in one of the columns to read comments or other info, the song page will not update until you return to the top.
You may need to make your browser window wider or set the zoom level to something below 100% to view all four columns.

this was fixed in the latest update, which is live now. just refresh your page (or hard refresh in case the older page is cached on your browser, control + shift + R on windows / cmd + shift + R on mac)
Still not working for me. And I tried a different browser too.

I can only see about 20 comments for a given song. I miss scrolling through the whole history of comments.
I also miss being about to see the lyrics, comments, and info all at once. Why are you only allowed to see one at a time now?

The song comments seem to be limited to 20 for now; apparently it's being worked on to remedy that.

It's really minor but I do miss being able to (on the PC) see what's playing in the browser tab, and not have to open the site to see what the "track" is. So, I could be at another site, doing something else, listening happily away, and not have to interrupt myself to come over to RP to see what song it is. Firefox, if it matters.

Maybe I'm missing something but when I click from the "Track" listing to an individual title, I end up with a panel on the bottom right (below the lyrics panel) that says "Other Albums" and its always empty. What gives? Is this a future build out thing? I liked the native artist wiki panel that used to be attached to a track better. I get that the "new site" is likely optimized for mobile app users but generally, as a PC streamer, the whole update seems very clunky.
"other albums" api was acting funky and on our list of things to fix - was just prioritizing other bugs and features in the meantime (like returning 4 column, fullscreen mode for larger monitors, quality of life enhancements, etc) most of the information currently lives in the now playing / player info site as it did before. other albums section will be fixed soon though - thanks for your patience and feedback.

How can I display my list of Favorites that I've marked? When I click on the My Paradise channel, from the Radio Paradise home page, I'm taken to the My Paradise page that shows me which of my favorites is now playing, who artist(s) are, and comments. If I click on the My Paradise at the top-left of the page I'm taken to a new page that shows me Page Info, the 5 newest songs added to the channel, and the 5 most played artists. Nowhere, on any of these pages, can I seem to access a list of songs I've rated, so that I can see what they are. Please help me find this.
I'm accessing Radio Paradise through a Firefox web browser running on Linux Mint. I also access RP using the app on an android phone, where I also can't find my list of Favorites.
Go to your profile, it's roughly divided into 4 quadrants:
âTop Left is you and your profile pic, I guess, although why it is a section unto itself ... I dunno
âTop Right is your profile info About You with a bunch of questions nobody answers. Do you have a favorite song? I don't.
âBottom Left is your Play History which honestly can be pretty useful "a song was playing but I don't know what channel I was on but it was 5 minutes before I left work for the day" In my case it's Dave Matthews Band doing All Along the Watchtower which tells me that I left my office computer playing when I left because there's no way I'd let that track without a PSD. âBottom Right is the Activity panel, which defaults to Song Comments you've left, sorted by most thumbs-up votes. The next tab over is a Heart icon and that's what you're after. The third tab is your forum posts.

I am having trouble with the Lyrics/Info/Comments buttons. They are often (though not always) behind the currently playing track and instead show data from a previous track.
If you've scrolled down to read comments, they will stay on the song you're reading until you scroll back to the top. There should be a green message to that effect at the top of the column but until you're told what that means, it's sort of inscrutable.

if you are logged in to your account, wherever you are listening, you can select that as a source on the top left dropdown - and what's playing will show you the tracklist from that audio source.
He's right though.
The TRACK menu item doesn't auto-update since you cut it off with the new design. I suspect database-query issues led to that decision to split one playeer-input into two separate entities, adding a somewhat curious "Live Stream" player option to the "Stream Name" that's being played...
