"Writing about the COVID-19 response in their country, molecular biologist Andrew Ewing and activist Kelly Bjorkland wrote in their article for Time, âthe Swedish way has yielded little but death and miseryâ <4.
"The main reason behind Swedenâs approach to COVID-19 was economic cost. FHM Director Johan Carlsson and General Counsel Bitte BrÃ¥stad wrote to the government as early as Jan. 31, 2020 about the costs associated with classifying COVID-19 as a âsocially dangerous disease,â bringing up fears of loss of production and progress in society should containment measures be implemented <4>. But Swedenâs lack of containment measures did not help the economy; Swedenâs GDP fell more than any of its fellow Nordic countries, which imposed lockdowns more in line with other nations."
FOI, the Swedish Defence Research Agency – subordinated to the Ministry of Defence of “Neutral” Sweden, is now reported of helping in complete secrecy - totally behind the Swedish public and Parliament – the building of a missile factory on behalf of the notorious dictatorship in Saudi Arabia. The breaking news emerges just few days after FOA ungrounded accused WikiLeaks founder and editor Julian Assange of illegal actions against Sweden. Professors blogg asks, FOA, Who is in fact violating the Swedish laws? (...)
Interesting, if true...
Sadly it is true..corruption exist here as well.
Our King went and visited the Saudis sometime ago. most of us didn't like that,by definition Saudi Arabia is a dictatorship and should be treated as such by the world community. Guess US has some thinking to do on that subject as well.
Making top notch weapons for ourselves and not selling them seams to be hard to do.

It's swedish btw. Ok here is a translation and an attempt to get the point of the thing, "Fluga" is "Fly" the insect. Swedish places the definite article ("the" "a" ...."en" or "ett" (swe) after the noun) so "Flugan" means the fly. Anyway, the picture is a play on words, in this case a slang. But first, "Fluga" can also be the verb to fly, like english "fly"...in this case, the flying is not referring to a real flight but instead a concept that has been "flying" around recently. Specifically this is referring to a trend that has become popular. The same concept is found in english, like "flighty" or ideas that fly or float around.
Anyway (jesus I feel like Spock) when the picture says, "Det är den senaste Flugan" it directly translates to "this is the latest fly" which makes no sense of course, UNLESS, you understand the slang term, meaning the latest trend or fad. Subsequently the boots on our little friend to the left. That is the trend....and he just happens to be a fly. haha———dry humor at best, and I hope my attempt to explain it has been successful.
cheers to all
Ah, now I get it! Thanks for the explanations, both linguistic and of the very dry humor.
I think these are written in Swedish, or maybe Danish - I can't read it either way. I'll have to translate them on Google or something when I can. Interesting (and somewhat morbid) dead flies art.
