Like Dire Straights "Once Upon a Time in the West" .....delicious groove.
How about some songs from Robbie's most recent album 'Sinematic' in the mix, Bill?

AH NO!
These are some extremely late 80s-early 90s drums.

Phil Collins is taking notes here

He is irresistible with that voice. It does things to me.

This song is a bit tacky, isn't?

My thoughts exactly.

This 14 yo comment made me wonder how many English verbs are available for this love-struck sentiment: itching, sizzling, blazing, melting.  I can't think of many.  Perhaps French or Italian would be better...

6.5 minutes seemed like it went by pretty quickly.  Good stuff from a classic!
always nice and always good to hear rr / would love to hear some stuff from " how to become clairvoyant"
Wonderful tune.  Wonderful album.
Yes, a tasty groove for sure.
On top of everything else, Robbie do have some guitar chops.........
 very Peter Gabriel

Somehow, this is my first hearing. I really like his post-Band work better than what he did with that group. It was this source (RP) that led me into his various CDs, some of which have been great road companions.
very cool sounds thank you!  (his little raspy narratives especially : )
Like most of what he does. Unbound is still my tops favorite of his.

Dropped from sight and sound... Dead-?
Love this gem from the great Robbie Robertson-

His self-titled album may be my absolute favorite. I also have this album but it just didn\'t do a whole lot for me. Perhaps the subtlety mentioned by others is escaping me. Or maybe if you\'re not a musician (which, sadly, I am not) it\'s hard to appreciate the virtues of this album.
i\'m sorry I tuned in just in time for this one. reminds me of bad Miami Vice soundtrack music.
Play some from the his 1987 self titled album. Great stuff.
yes.

Possible, but give it a few listens, preferrably through a good soundcard and headphones! This one is sooo subtle... All kinds of details in the background. I've been playing this one over and over again for many years now. I hear new things every time. It's my fav track, not just by this artist or from this album, it's my fav track, period!
This is good but doesn\'t exactly match my taste.
:) :D ;) This is RR\'s finest work (IMHO). It has been a great inspiration to me as a musician!!! Very, very subtle.
