Idolise - Tabloid lies
From God to art
We need a star
You're in my soul
You're in my mind
I walk on water
Every night...
Moviestar - Don't know where you are...
Moviestar - Don't know who you are...
I love your taste
I love your shape
I love the things about you
All the critics hate
You fill my mind
I once was blind
You turn my water
Into wine...
Moviestar Don't know where you are...
Moviestar Don't know who you are...
You don't know what it's like needing you...
You're such a star - moviestar
You cut me high
You blow my mind
You make my mundane life
All worthwhile
You give me reason
Give me rhyme
I'd do anything for you
Just give me a sign

OK song. But Cracker's "Movie Star" is a real rocker.

Sampling Bowie's and Eno's Heroes. Just saying.
Seen these guys play open air in Singapore a few times and never disappoint, although never heard this song live.

good ear therapy
A very nice track, often sounds like they drank from the Dandy Warhols/Brian Jonestown Massacre brew, indeed a good thing.

Rather boring...
OK - I change my mind:
"Not so bad, actually", I say now.
6 in other words!

Maybe so — hard to tell. I think I just realized I really like everything I hear from Stereophonics and I think I should pick up an album or two now!

Another definite toe tapper!

Saw them once, ages ago in Utrecht, The Netherlands as a support act for Living Colour. Wrong band for the wrong main act. They go a free meal of tomatoes thrown at them and god knows what more. Good to see that they are still around and ehh not a bad song at all...
This song makes me want to find my wife and go on a dance floor and do a slow but nasty hip grind.
Never heard this before but I think I like it.

As an ex-pat Taff how can I not like this record. Seriously though - superb band. Love "Bartender and the Thief" and this live performance they did with the Black Crowes
Best song they ever did...Kelly's voice sounds great..
Love these guys. Great live band.
just played some earlier stuff by the very same band... yeah I am not a music nerd!
beginning sounds a little like jeopardy from the greg kihn band
Yay! I haven't heard Stereophonics in a very long time. First time heard on RP, thanks for the play!
It's got backbeat.

Yeah... Just a guess... I'm not the one who started this pop quiz but since we *have* to find something in that picture, that's what I found

love the phonics
This would sound much better if it wasn't winter right now. Would sound pretty cool with the windows down and a nice breeze.
(Not to be confused with the idiosyncratic Hooverphonic.) This group I would like to hear more of . . . sounds like real rock!
First heard of these guys from a video from this song. Liked it a lot. The live version seems a little more powerful, but I like this one as well.
Makes me wish I was on a road trip with the windows open and the music cranked...oh yeah...
