I must agree. This is a sad trend indeed in current music. What is wrong with opening up a bit and showing some emotion?
What's wrong with a little diversity? I like it.
Robert Plant made it ok to scream like a girl, This was a good thing, but sometimes not so much. There's something for everyone. Sounds like it's not your cup of tea and that's fine too.

You must be listening to someone else.

If you like this, check out Red House Painters. I've listened to Mark Kozelek for about 20 years now and his catalog is pretty amazing.
With the name sun kil moon, I was not expecting this. Well written, well played, well sung. Much better than its rating would indicate.

Though I do like this song it sounds like someone practicing Audiences "Raviole" at the end and not quite getting it right..

Darn you Bill! You keep playing songs that keep me tethered to my headphones, and I want to go get a cup of tea!
Please please please... more Sun Kil Moon and more Mark Kozelek!
Love child of David Crosby & Nick Drake?

I agree. Drop the beginning and keep the part at the end and you have an excellent song.
Enough Lee-Oh-Nah.... Give me more of that guitar like at the end!! Yah!

The Ho-Hum fest continues. This evening it's been like early morning FM broadcasting. Get your adenoids cleared up, mate. A sure 3 from the Nottingham jury

Isn't this guy one of the leaders of the "Axis of Evil"? And it was "Almost Famous" Bill.
Sun Kil Moon slays! I like his voice.

Whatever you do, DO NOT google this word. Trust me, you have been warned!
