Different
They'll destroy you
But it ain't nothing
It ain't nothing to me

Different
They'll destroy you
But it ain't nothing
It ain't nothing to me

Different, they'll destroy you, but it ain't nothing, it ain't nothing to me
(Dissipate in isolation, irretrievable salvation, the only thing, the only thing you need)

Built on the departed, is a lie, is a lie
(Different, they'll destroy you, but it ain't nothing, it ain't nothing to me)
(Dissipate in isolation, irretrievable salvation, the only thing, the only thing you need)

Built on the departed, is a lie, is a lie
(Different, they'll destroy you, but it ain't nothing, it ain't nothing to me)
(Dissipate in isolation, irretrievable salvation, the only thing, the only thing you need)

Honesty, honesty, on a string, on a string
Honesty, honesty

Different
They'll destroy you
But it ain't nothing
It ain't nothing to me

Different
They'll destroy you
But it ain't nothing
It ain't nothing to me

Honesty, honesty, on a string, on a string

I hear similarities with Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and The Doves - not surprising as they are all contemporary UK Indie bands.  That is a good thing in my book.

BRMC very much from San Fran...
Sometimes I think we all underestimate how influential R.E.M. was and will be for some time to come.
On my high definition sound card and speaker system......this recording sounds really coooolll.....Awesome......I can't keep my legs from moving with the beat....if I wasn't working I'd be running crazy......hahaha
I don’t know where he finds these songs but I am so grateful for RP very wonderful station
It just takes some few seconds to recognise that a certain song is played by The Boxer Rebellion. Love it!

They're on tour in the US starting in San Diego at the end of September. Hope to see them in San Francisco.
Good album.
On second listen - Bump up from 7  > 8 !

Elm leaf on the cover?
Why don't they write their second song? They just repeat the same one. 5.

So is it just me or does the drummer keep varying up the tempo slightly, particualrly during the chorus?  There seems to be a slight pull back happening, and it keeps throwing me off.

Now on hearing without looking at the site I thought it was War on Drugs.  A little musical cross breeding going on.

Without looking, I was wondering if it was the Tragically Hip. Well, OK. I like the T-Hip. This is still good.

Odds are against it.  Leaves are quite plentiful.

Hints of old REM.
