I can see that you're giving up
It should not mean that much to me
And I don't know where the rest go
But everybody's been telling me no

But I'll always have a thing for you
I'd move the earth
But nothing made you want me better
There is nothing I can do
But steal the moon
But nothing made you want me better

Oh woman, oh man
Choose a path for a child
Great mirrored plans
Oh woman, oh man
Take a devil by the hands through
Yellow sands

And I can see that you're giving up
So tell me it should not mean this much to me
And I don't know where the rest goes
Everybody's been telling me no

But I'll always have a thing for you
I'd move the earth
But nothing made you want me better
There is nothing I can do
But steal the moon
And nothing made you want me better

Oh woman, oh man
Choose a path for a child
Great mirrored plans
Oh woman, oh man
Take a devil by the hands through
Yellow sands

Woman choose your man
One who understands (Oh)
Do you really understand? (Oh)
Do you really understand?
Do you really understand?

Oh woman, oh man
Choose a path for a child
Great mirrored plans
Oh woman, oh man
Take a devil by the hands through
Yellow sands

Woman choose your man
One who understands (Oh)
Do you really understand? (Oh)
Do you really understand?

Its definitely one of THOSE voices isn't it. The type that raises the hairs on your arms and the back of your neck

Good lord this woman has some pipes. Wow.
What an incredible voice.

Just love this band and her haunting voice is wonderful!
Hannah has one of the most amazing voices
I have to stop these comments. I'm running short   of......appropriate adjectives! Twenty!

This is a fantastic song from a fabulous group!
I am long a fan of female vocals, and thanks to RP for introducing me to London Grammar. They could turn down the echo effect at times, but that's just the current version of pointing the mics at the audience in a live recording...
54 minutes of Oh Man, that voice!

Her voice is arresting; stops me dead in my tracks every time. Wow, wow, wow! Can you imagine being her parents or siblings and getting to hear her just fire up and sing a little ditty down in the living room? Ha, what a treat! How do you celebrate family birthdays when you know you somehow have to sing “Happy Birthday” with ole Hannah “Goddess Voice” singing beside you? 😂😂. That’s a good problem to have.
Hammersong !
Truly one of the most astoundingly beautiful voices in the world. Like Sade, (another), she has a band that showcases her best, too!
Saw London Grammar in Chicago a few years back.  What a fun, haunting, techno, high-energy, heart aching group.  A regular pastiche of musical sounds.

Catch them--if you can.  Otherwise, Radio Paradise does a fantastic job of representing this group.
They are performing in London, England before Christmas this year.

Whats become of this band? Googling doesn't bring up recent news.
Ah, I see one concert event scheduled for 2020. Just one.

Hannah can marry me, sing to me, the whole deal!

Thing is, I'm older than her parents. Oh well.

Back to chasing Neko Case, Beth Orton, Alison Goldfrapp and Imogen Heap again.

You likely know this, but LG has a new album, California Soil (March 2021).

If you haven't already, check out the live version of "Hell to the Liars" from the Round Chapel in the UK (easy to find on YouTube). It'll give you chills.
My current musical crush, I don't care who knows it.
Hannah Reid is Annie Lennox younger sister from another mother.

Stunningly good.
Damn I love her voice!
What a voice.

Back off, buddy. Neko is mine. MINE!, I tell you. My wife already knows that if i just disappear, all she has to do is find out where Neko is touring. (Not that this is at all creepy, or anything...)

Another unknown band that Bill has got me addicted to. @BillThePusher
Love these guys - they've provided the soundtrack to the last 5 years of my life :-)
I'm liking this on first listen.
Really love the layered vocals and the long high notes. O yes, and she's lovely too
