Yeah, I thought about how you could make your own, not that I think it is a good idea. Modernist Cuisine (the people who brought you sodium citrate mac and cheese) have a recipe where you put a boat ton of grated cheese and milk in a ziplock bag and sous vide it until all the cheese flavour gets extracted into the milk. So you could do this then make ice cream out of the milk.
