I got buttons bursting in the air
I got apple orchards everywhere
I got grapes swinging from the vine
Swinging in a line, lined up in the sunshine

I'm on time, fresh, fast
A sweetheart, I'll watch your back
I'm all swing, a swing from the shoestrings
Right or wrong, to me it's the same thing

You, especially, you, especially, you, especially
You have my loyalties

You in wartime, love, peace
I need to walk you down the street
I'm right here, I'll watch your back
In case the wind blows off your hat

You - you're on time
Your eyes are like diamond mine
Deep and bright inside

I got buttons bursting in the air
I got apple orchards everywhere
I got grapes, swinging from the vine
Swinging in a line, lined up in the sunshine

I got buttons bursting in the air
Ideas run fingers through my hair
And my shoes are ready to move,
My shoes are ready to move...

Swing it low, swing it low, swing it low low low
Swing it low, swing it low, swing it low low low...

Haven't heard this one before. Only heard the last bit, so I won't rate it yet, but I diiiiiiig Morphine. Reminds me a bit of "Underwater Boys", which is kinda funny, given the album cover.

It sucks.  If you got laid more often you would see that{#Lol}
nice and bubbly percolating beat to underline his great voice

I too love the horns. But it's kind of nice to hear the texture of Mark's voice, unobscured by them.

I usually love Morphine, especially that bone-jarring honking baritone sax, but this one just doesn't do it for me. Bring back the sax, I say :)

I quite like it. I wouldn't mind hearing this in the rotation more often.
interestingly creepy.

Had this album for 5 years before I heard this song at the end of it. Married the woman I heard it with. It matches her perfectly.
