I’m confident that relative imaging placement was a deliberate choice, notwithstanding your right to finding it not quite to your taste.
So I’d argue you’d prefer a different mix, fair enough. “Better” though is entirely subjective. 
I like it too, in case there’s a question.

It's dance music, the drum is what it's about! Makes sense to me to put it in front of the vocals in the mix :)
