You give me a sign, you give me a lift
Take me home when I'm done my shift
You give me a loan when I'm stone cold broke
Get me high when I need a toke
I was born to love
I was born to
I was born to love
I was born to
Times were tough, we made it through
We tasted the rough, so let's savor the smooth
All the time I was hurting you
Got to believe that I was hurting, too
I was born to love
I was born to
Born to love
I was born to
You're the only one I can talk to
The only one I can really read
I know you give because you want to
Don't you think it's time you learn to let yourself receive?
Could make you smile, could make you sing
Just want to give back a little bit of what you've give to me
I could sing you a song, play you a tune
I know it's just a little thing, but it's something I can do
I was born to love
I was born to
I was born to love
I was born to
I was born to love you

I disagree, although his voice is very distinct, he has explored some pretty diverse music styles on his last the or four albums. The voice is the same but the music is very different. Sunny pychedelia, moody prog, blues. He tried a little of it all. To playing, I might add
Ray hasn't evolved or added much over the years...not sure that this inspires the interest that his earlier albums created. The dangers of having a distinct sound...keep dropping the bucket into the same well and you keep getting the same water...after hile folks might like a soda or a beer...
New Ray!!

This is actually quite beautiful.

Yes! Me too!!!

I saw the title "I Was Born To Love You," and my brain immediately went to Caddyshack: the scene where Chevy Chase was at the electric piano singing to Lacy Underalls.
I was boooorrrn to love you,
I was boooorrrn to lick your face,
I was boooorrrn to rub you,
but you were born to rub me first.

The date is album release date, not single release date. Its common for a single to be released first.
I don't what the date is where you are but it is 5/16/2022 where I am . I think it must a time dilatation not 06/25/2022

Disagree. Ouroboros and Supernova albums have a completely different style and sound and shows Ray demonstrating a much wider vocal range.
