Well, damnit, they shouldn't. It's just wrong. It's like "ain't". The one who decided to include as a verb it must be some sod that uses it as a verb all the time. he probably "googled" the meaning of the word and found the def on wikipedia {#Bananajumprope}

What kind of source is that?
