This is no recipe, it is mainly a loose description of what ingredients are in the meal and how it tastes... salty, with gluten free flour, hummus, eggs and mushrooms

Made a new recipe over vacation. Tahini noodles. Pretty good, though labor intensive. Lots of veggies to cut up. Definitely glad I halved the amount of pasta!

Well ... mice had gotten into it over the winter, so it really needed to be cleaned!

I get them nice and hot... glowing just red enough. Hit them with a wire brush. Dead microbes everywhere!
