Take a listen through the window
Take a lover on the radio
Ask her if she's got an answer
Do you know

Time enough to get a good one
Though they never seem to get done
I am standing for a reason
Do you know

CHORUS
'Cause I don't know how
And I don't know where
We are
We are
And I don't know why
I don't know if
We are
We are

Seven days and not a return
Seven lives and not a thing learned
Take a lover on the highway
Do you know

'Cause I am sleeping on a time bomb
And I am waiting for the light to come
You and I could get away now
Do you know

CHORUS

I get up sometimes
Like somebody else
Am I just wasting time
For somebody else

Take a listen through the window
Another lover on the radio
Ask her if she's got an answer
Do you know

CHORUS to fade..

Yet another hidden gem...only in the RP universe. Had to post this, seeing no comments for 15 years!!

Nah, I hear enough of that in my art class. Yikes.
ah, a band from my hometown :)
Er, it seems I\'m not sharing everyone\'s enthusiasm. I don\'t see anything special about this song. Sure, it\'s catchy and has a melody, but so do a lot of songs that I don\'t care for.
kickarse
great band. great song.
One of the few albums that I was surprised by .. see... when I buy music.. I often expect not to like the whole album.. or to only like one or two tracks.. but much of the ablum is very good. I only wish I could sample every album I buy before I buy them.. some times I get lucky and they\'re on a listening station... but they don\'t make listening stations that hold every possible song on them... yet... (anyone wanna make one .. it would sell great in places like Tower Records)
VH is a good example of a great band that has been horribly abused by commercial radio. This cut never saw much airplay, and is still one of my favorites from the album.
