Lonesome tears
I can't cry them anymore
I can't think of what they're for
Oh they ruin me every time
But I'll try
To leave behind some days
These tears just can't erase
I don't need them anymore

How could this love
Ever turning
Never turn its eye on me
How could this love
Ever changing
Never change the way I feel

Lazy sun
Your eyes catch the light
With promises that might
Come true for awhile
Oh I'll ride
Farther than I should
Harder than I could
Just to meet you there

How could this love
Ever turning
Never turn its eye on me
How could this love
Ever changing
Never change the way I feel

Credo sia il miglior albun di Beck......certi viaggioni raga!
A beautiful song, and it stays that way no matter how many times you've heard it.
great song, great lyrics, great music Sea Change - the best Beck CD (so far)
My feelings about Beck are complicated. This one just dampened a good mood of mine, but it's a gorgeous song. Off to download for future listening when that everything-is-going-wrong day arrives. ;)
I usually like Beck, but I\'m going to walk away from the headphones until this one ends, or its vodka time. More depressing than Alan Parsons Project.

Yeah he can do whatever he wants. Sadly, all I ever hear is the downbeat stuff. Musically, I think he's close to my taste threshold, but I've never heard such a stream of melancholy songs in all my life. Just stuffed a bad taste in my mouth...
