Okay, so you like "Duelling Banjos"--great. Everyone needs a little bluegrass in their lives, even if it is an overworked old plowhorse like this. So why don't you own any Bill Monroe or Stanley Brothers records yet? Huh? Chicken? Scared of a little High Lonesome? Look, just forget that Bela Fleck and Jerry Garcia crap for a minute, and listen to some real bluegrass, from the '40s and '50s. That's bluegrass. You can even start with the O Brother Where Art Thou? soundtrack if that makes it a little easier. At least they got Ralph Stanley and such. All I'm sayin' is, you won't be sorry.
amen brother. how did you get to comment on a song never played?
and being from Kentucky, from a musical father that was born and raised in Kentucky, you can bet i have heard the aforementioned classics. I love Bluegrass music.
