It troubles me to see people commenting that any song has no place here at RP... isn't the idea to be eclectic? That said, I think this new Gorillaz album is quite good.

The Gorillaz are (some of them only appear on one of their albums): Damon Albarn of Blur Dan "The Automator" Nakamura Miho Hattori of Cibo Matto Del tha Funkee Homosapien Kid Koala Skye Edwards of Morcheeba Tina Weymouth of Tom Tom Club Chris Frantz They're supposed to be something like a comic band. The visuals for that are done by the creator of "Tank Girl" Jamie Hewlett.

i find it interesting that this band has members (or maybe just one member) of the band Blur in it. i dont hate it. i didn't like clint eastwood right away either...but it grew on me.

Personally, I prefer to keep an open mind about music, this means I listen to a lot of variety of genres. Rap or hip-hop falls under this as well although I am VERY selective. However, I find this is slightly higher quality than most other "rap" out there. Buut, each to his own, I suppose.

Like this song, like the others too. It may be hip-hop but certainly one of the better versions of the genre.
