I never paid much attention to these guys before...but this is a pretty good song. The segue from All Cats Are Grey into this was nice.
Very soothing voice and sound. Never listen to these guys before. Thanks Bill. 
I bought this album due to two songs: What is your Secret and Always Love. Ended up enjoying the whole disc quite a bit, although I cannot understand why the named the band Nada Surf.
I really do like when this song changes near its end.
A great song about getting older and remembering times gone by...

Pretty funny to hear these guys. I was taking a CS class at Columbia in 1996 with the bass player (didn't know it at the time). A couple of weeks into the term the professor informed us that one of our classmates had dropped out to follow his musical dream. A month or so later I see a Nada Surf video and recognize the bright orange pants and dark glasses the bass player is wearing (that's all he ever wore to class). Glad to see he caught the dream.
I've been listening to this for a year today and I never tire of it Go Nada Surf!
Go Nada Surf!give it a chance. Its the nastalgia of youth. I do get a little sick of the chorus, but I still like the song.
The "your legs gro-oh-oh-oooow" bit really gets on my nerves. Otherwise, I kind of like it.

Indeed they did, off of High/Low from 1996 I believe. One of the first cd's I ever owned, and still one of the best. There is an immediacy and catchiness to it that have escaped Nada Surf since then. There are some transcendent moments in their later work, but the punch of that first album is gone. Still a group worth listening to, and not to be discounted...great things may still be ahead.
