Agreed...

SO much different from the first two.  More pop... less traditional downtempo.  No surprise that Sia was much more involved here then on the previous albums.  At first I wasn't sure.  Now I am.  A few that could have been left off, but the good stuff is really great.

The addition of Jose was a very good thing I think.

Just saw Jose at the University of Utah; awesome show, including the longest encore I've ever seen (6-7 songs). His guitar style was fun to watch - very percussive and precise.

I love this album. There's only 4 songs on it that I like, but they make it worth the purchase. With music that gives a nod to Pink Floyd and harmonies that are reminiscent of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young I get chills every time I hear that song. Great engineering and production.

I bought this album because I like the first song on it so much (rather than download it for free). But then I listened to the rest. Its always a crap shoot, you hope to be turned on by a surprise gem but this only disappointed. I'm not a fan of the vocals except for when they get a guest singer on the job. The lyrics leave something to be desired as well. Musically it's not very challenging nor really engaging. disappointed.

I really love Zero 7--bought all their CD's including this one. This is their latest, and has a wonderful sound to it. Not really jazz, not really blues or new age, but has a piece of all of that in there. Great music if you are a prog rock/Yes/Procupine Tree lover.
