Thought it was Mason Ruffner - had to check if had been in this band.
I remember these guys, always playing on the Quad back in my early 80s Tulane New Orleans days.

One of the few things I miss about Lousyana and NOLA in particular is the music.

Now this is the kind of diversity I like to see on PR. From the posts looks like this play about once a year. Sure would like that kind of rotation to apply to a lot more songs...as in a lot less on many and a lot more on so many other. Give it a good stir Bill.

Echoes of Oingo Boingo's Dead Man's Party—but not as good.
I saw these guys a lot. Some of the shows were amazing (especially @ Tiptitinas) and all the rest were friggin' awesome. Not too many people know about them. A true "underground" band if that is possible for a band that played for 20+ years in all of the great venues.

Nope - not lame. *hugs you* From other comments, it looks like they're disbanding. I have this concept - since Pluto is now no longer a member of the official solar system, I think all disbanded bands should go there. Pluto, of course, never returns phone calls, never writes, couldn't care less about Earth - what better place for a gathering of artists? (I was gonna write, "egos" in place of the gathering thing, but some of the members still have lives and might want to continue to exist on Earth.)

wife and I traveled Route 66 for our Honeymoon.......and we sure did see a lot of "sprouts" of "Generica......but if you are in a bind and need a cheap ottoman or fake Levis....you can rest assured Target will get you square .......but still RT66 was an amazing trip....drove in out Mustang and put a bumper sticker on the back window at each placed we stopped at....still got the woman!.......and the car!
