This is a nice little EP. I enjoy the fact that it's called 5 Songs despite containing, count 'em, six songs.

I love this. My upload - very happy to see it played. I'd never heard this early song until I saw it performed last year at a benefit concert they did in Astoria, Oregon. One of the (many) highlights of a really wonderful evening.

Oh god, so totally tired of the Decemberists. Will they go away in January?
The critics seem to love this band and everyone tells me they are so good, but I just don't see it.
Please keep playing this song. More proof that the Decemberists know how to make music.
