I can't explain but I want to try
There's this image of you and I
And it goes dancing by in the morning and in the night time

There's all these secrets that I can't keep
Like in my heart there's that hotel suite and you lived there so long,
It's kinda strange now you're gone

I'm not sure if I should show you what I've found
Has it gone for good?
Or is it coming back around?
Isn't it hard to make up your mind?
When you're losing and your fuse is fireside

There's all those places we used to go
And I suspect you already know
But that place on memory lane you liked still looks the same
But something about it's changed

I'm not sure if I should show you what I've found
Has it gone for good?
Or is it coming back around?
Isn't it hard to make up your mind?
When you're losing and your fuse is fireside

And I thought I was yours forever
Maybe I was mistaken but I just cannot manage to make it through the day
Without thinking of you lately

I'm not sure if I should show you what I've found
Has it gone for good?
Or is it coming back around?
Isn't it hard to make up your mind?
When you're losing and your fuse is fireside

it's an AM bikini top.
I'm sure it's just me, but I think my wife would look great in a bikini top that matches the album cover.
It doesn't hurt me
Do you wanna feel how it feels?

Oh wait, fooled by the opening drum beat...

Successfully keeping me from working here - such an enjoyable tune.

Your playlist is formidable! I would increase my monthly contribution if it wasn't in US dollars, already making it double my currency!!

So much better than the Radio Paralyze I hear a little too often.

clwguy you must have a hard life if you feel insulted by a little joke like the one I made.
Fireside is such a great track. Love the arrangement of the track, and lyrically (as ever) Alex Turner has produced the goods again.

I wish Bill had placed Swans' "Love Will Save Yoy" before you started listening to Paradise that night! So that you could have been paralyzed completely without a chance to place your creepy-crap in comments.

I agree, no need to be insulting. On the other hand, I think it's a funny word play. Cause *sometimes* it does get a bit dark and heavy here... even though it is still the best radio station I know.

the fact that the Arctic Monkeys on on RP playlists show just how cool Bill and Rebecca are.

No question that Bill and Rebecca are so cool that you could store a side of meat in them for a month, but the Arctic Monkey's coolness was dealt a perhaps-mortal blow when our esteemed ex-chancellor, Mr Dour himself Gordon Brown, declared himself a fan of theirs.

Reminds me vaguely of some cuts from Billy Idol's "Charmed Life".

Monkeys at their best.
Dick dale from what 40 years ago and then modern arctic monkeys.  WHO plays eclectic this good?  RP  thanks!!!!

Actually, the Arctic Monkeys get a lot of airplay on RP.
Did I say this is one the best bands to appear in the last 15 years? Yea I did... and I'll say it again.
Arctic Monkeys on Radio Paradise... WOW!

Good joke - I nearly laughed!

Great band - live and studio - great album, great song!

The better your speakers - the better the sound (here).

Anything below 2000 $ is not worth a try!

But there's hope - "PONY" is coming!

THERE IS HOPE FOR TRUE and GORGEOUS ROCK 'N' ROLL!

10 points again for the MONKEYS!

Fabulous. Familiar yet inventive, Comforting yet Challenging. Great band.
I can't help myself stop noticing a strong 'influence' of Nikkfurrie's The A La Menthe (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Hqfb_nndB0) in this one - just speed up the backing beat.... and voilà {#Nyah}

I still love it though...{#Jump}
Sounds like Leon Russell through Auto Tune.
I always think this is Moby.

Artic Monkeys have made it to FM radio. Heard on DC101 and 98Rock Baltimore

Not sure if that's good or bad.

This has to be the first ever time that a "shoo-wop doo-wop" backing has appeared on an Arctic Monkeys track. I wonder if Sheffield's finest are going a bit Motown? 'Appen :)

That would make the signal Amplitude Modulated, as in "AM Radio".

Yesterday, during my ten minutes per month of listening to non-npr broadcast radio, I managed to hear this!  'Twas a bit shocking, to be sure.

lots of wouwou-jeahjeah-souwabsouwab on this album. but never the less a good one!
I am really enjoying this album.  I'm going to buy it.
I've loved these guys from the first moment I heard them. I hear maturity in this song. Hope they keep their quirkiness.
This group has an interesting groove ... I believe driven by the intriguing tonalities in the voice of the lead vocalist ... they sound tight and their arrangements are very creative, rarely monotonous or boring. This is the third track (from three different albums) I like from their repertoire. All thanks to RP. Cheers! {#Cheers}
