I strongly endorse First Aid Kit doing a complete cover of the El Loco album.  I want to hear them cover Party On The Patio and Tube Snake Boogie.  Would they do that album justice?  I wonder.

Oops, that doesn't sound like ZZ Top at all?! Sorry, I first saw the photo on the record cover.... Please don't misunderstand, but Scandinavian bands are unfortunately underestimated. So 8 points,  a successful arrangement needs no  long beards.

A song this personal and intimate shouldn't ever be done in duet form.  Harmonizing is fine, but not both girls belting out the lyrics together.  Not all songs are meant for duets.  I'm gonna have to give this a pass.

I adore First Aid Kit and really like their covers...the Leonard Cohen stuff is great.  This, however, leaves me wanting.  They just don't seem to grab the gravity of one of Kate's masterpieces.  If I was editing this particular film, I'd leave this scene on the cutting room floor.  Doesn't add to the story...

I always feel if you are going to do a cover then make it yours; Devo's Satisfaction is a good example This is just a copy of Kate's version which will never be surpassed. Waste of time.

As an avid Kate Bush fan, I wish we'd hear more remakes of the stuff that (for superfans) are really terrific but never had a foothold on USA charts like this song did. Songs like Breathing, Army Dreamers.... super good songs. Try making those popular for the 2020s, indie musicians!
