Maybe, but the percentage of aggressive/selfish/dangerous drivers goes up within the gravitational pull of any larger city. New England native here that's driven around the country a few times over the years. Providence is worse than Boston, i'd argue.

Thank you so much to Radio Paradise for introducing me to The  Cactus Blossoms.  Such a treat for the ears and their sound just transports me back to my youth.
