Vancouver Island,  my home too.  Carmana is a great example of the many very talented artists who call VI home.  Iit us also the name ofanold growth forest Valley that was the site of a world famous protest against logging old growth trees.  Remember The War in the Woods?

Need to get "Best Interests" from their earlier album in rotation here on RP. Another great song from them. Unfortunately they are no longer together as a band but keep an eye out for where the members go.

A few different people played on the recording compared to the pictures on the website, but it's still the same people who have been touring together for the last few years. The band's website says "We've made some changes" and directs you to a new band name. Miina.band. Photos on the two websites look like the same people.

First time hearing it, and I like it quite a lot.
