I don't think this artist had anything to do with this particular image. The official cover art for this EP looks entirely different. Searching for the image itself, results in some Spotify playlists. I suspect this has been automatically retrieved by the sloppy algorithm someone has let loose on the RP database a while ago, and which has also messed up the covers of some classic albums.
